  Will include volunteers from Del Sol Lions Club.
  Possibililty of free helmets give away.
• Update on City Council Presentation with WalkSanDiego
• San Diego County Board of Supervisors Community Enhancement Grants
  Partner with City of Solana Beach and WalkSanDiego
  Possible projects:
  1.       Pedestrian Safety Course – elementary students – SAFETOWN
  WSD can put together SAFETOWN and pedestrian safety course to present at a school assembly – We would propose to do different assemblies for different grade levels.

  2.       Walkshop – Middle School students
  WSD works with middle school students to lead walk audits around the school, take radar guns and track vehicle speeds if relevant, and talk about possible improvements that students think should be made to improve pedestrian safety. The exercise concludes with a presentation to city council and/or school principal.
